Three-dimensional liposculpture allows you to shape your body and give it the curves of the female gender. With liposculpture, we remove fat deposits located in specific areas of the body: waist, chin, jowls, cheeks, arms, chest contours, abdomen, buttocks, hips, thighs, calves and ankles.

When, after hormone treatment, breast growth is not sufficient or is not what you wanted, we will recommend a breast augmentation (augmentation mammoplasty). Augmentation mammoplasty or breast augmentation is the surgery in which, by means of implants or prostheses, we enlarge the volume of your breasts, also giving them an aesthetically feminine shape. There are different ways of placing the implant -areola and breast sulcus-, but the most commonly used is in the armpit. The prostheses that we will insert are the latest generation - made of high-quality cohesive silicone gel - and are currently the safest available on the market.

During hormone treatment or after surgery, you may tend to accumulate fat in the abdominal area. These fat deposits are not eliminated by diet or exercise. Sometimes you will also notice a distension of the abdominal muscles, which further accentuates the feeling of a "sagging belly". Abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is the surgical technique we use to remove excess skin and fat from the abdomen and to improve the silhouette (especially the waistline).

In some cases, although hormone treatment will give you curves more in line with your gender, the final shape of your buttocks may not satisfy you or meet your expectations. Plastic surgery offers us the possibility to augment your buttocks, give them volume or reshape the contour. For this, we will use implants and combine them with liposculpture and remodelling of the area.
